Christy Tennant Krispin, ACC

Christy Tennant Krispin, ACC, is an executive coach, ordained minister, and hospice chaplain who brings a deep commitment to service, clarity, and sustainable impact to every client engagement. She partners with individuals to strengthen leadership skills, improve decision-making, and achieve career goals while maintaining balance and focus. She works with teams to enhance collaboration, improve communication, and align efforts for maximum impact, and with organizations to build cohesive leadership, foster a culture of accountability, and implement strategies for long-term success.

Christy draws on over two decades of experience in corporate communications and public relations in larger cities, including Richmond, New York City, and Seattle. She is the founder of A Fostered Life, a coaching and training platform for foster parents. Her articles and videos have been used by social service agencies throughout the United States and abroad.

Christy is a dedicated advocate for vulnerable children and at-risk youth. She serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for My Father’s House International, supporting La Casa de mi Padre in El Salvador, and is also a board member of the Krispin Jacobs Family Foundation.
